Well this may sound unusual but then maybe not. But I have kept my teeth white by using baking soda to brush my teeth before I use toothpaste. My dentist always comments on how white my teeth are for my age. Come to think of it, not quiet sure about the “my age” comment.
I never thought about keeping my lipstick in the fridge but what a great idea. I do love putting epsom salts in the bath. It makes my muscles feel so good and my skin really soft. That of course is when I have the time to take an actual bath .
What a good question! I'm not exactly sure what secrets I have, much less my favorite, but I think... keeping my lipsticks and lip balms in the fridge to keep their colors intact and make them last longer. And the cool feels good on my lips!
I will have to think about this one. What was yours? The best ones I can think up right off the top of my head is baking soda in the bath for softer skin and epsom salts. If you take your favorite perfume and spray a little in some carrier oil and then pour the oil into some epsom salts and mix well, let sit a couple of days, then add to your bath it is a nice way to relax and feel great.
